Returns & warranty

Due to the nature of high-value watercraft and specialty equipment, all return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note that certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return policies or restocking fees, depending on the brand. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
